Guided Hypnotic Sleep Meditation Help for Depression with Animations to Watch at Bedtime

Please allow me to offer an explanation in place of a description. Guided Meditation for Depression Self Healing Help is currently my video with the best like to dislike ratio. I am preparing a great deal of content for what I would like to be a 24 hour steaming service from my channel. Of course I would like to include my most liked video, but it is a daytime meditation, and at the end I tell everyone to jump up and have a great day, getting lots of things accomplished. I'm worried, in a 24 hour stream, this might wake people up, so I took the louder, more exciting part off of the end, and replaced it with a guided visualization to help with depression I released earlier, but it didn't get very many views, because, I think, it had a clumsy and difficult to understand title. It's a great recording that fitted in well with the guided meditation, that is more than relaxing and sleepy enough in the beginning, and I think this will do just fine. While we are waiting for me to attempt a 24 hour stream, I thought it might be nice if I started uploading videos again once a week, because I've stockpiled some here, and they aren't doing anyone any good lounging around my computer memory.
