Brief explanation:
First encounter: Me and Bjartur complete this very fast by dying as we deposit the batteries, this lets us deposit a single battery 4 times. To make this a bit faster I place a sticky grenade to make sure I die by one fusion grenade.

Sparrow: Two of my teammates death warp to the end and start making their way over to the first phase of the final encounter. Two of my other teammates do sparrow by getting all of the buttons. We trigger the completion early by having me access the chest backwards. This saves a lot of time since we can complete sparrow as soon as the last button is touched.

Phase 1: Tanks and damage in phase 1 is very strange. I jump in and out of the tank so that I can spam micro missiles, I then build up what we call "pre-damage" this damage is then multiplied by a lot when my teammate enters the tank and fires of a shot. This is dependent on so many factors that it's very hard to explain how to consistently do it, but it's explained really well in this video: https://youtu.be/TGT5ilCjb8s

Final boss: We make use of "duping" again, by dying as we deposit the batteries. Mission complete appears early because my teammates went "oob" (out of bounds) and touched the chest early.
