HOW TO MAKE JAMAICAN BEEF PATTIES

Jamaican Green Seasoning
1 small onion
3 bunches of green onion
7 sprigs of fresh thyme
4/5 garlic cloves
3 slices of fresh ginger

Dried all purpose jerk seasoning
1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
3 tsp allspice
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbs paprika
3 tsp parsley
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp dried ginger

Beef Filling
1# Ground Beef
3 Heaping Tbs Green seasoning
3 Heaping tbs Jamaican Dry seasoning
2 Tbs tomato paste
1 Tbs habanero *optional
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbs AP flour
1 cup beef stock

Pastry dough
1 cup *COLD butter
2 cups flour
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbs cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 cup ice-cold water or milk *only add enough until it comes together
