The Last of Us Part II The Forest, Restaurant Holdout, Grounded difficulty

This was an encounter I was dreading on grounded level difficulty and went surprisingly well considering other encounters on the difficulty. I saw a couple other videos where they were shooting everything way too much (ammo is scarce); this technique seemed to work well. You are much better off in using Abby's momentum ability to knock out Runners with one punch after doing a headshot on Clickers and do a take down.

After trial and error you can see where the enemies come from and not get swarmed. Dodging is essential, and as you can see in the video you can even dodge the Shambler's acid cloud; timing is crucial.
