Learn to reset your Precision Brewer® Thermal and re-adjust your water hardness settings for a perfectly balanced brew.

Occasionally, you might need to reset your machine to restore its original state and reprogram the water hardness settings. Follow our 4-step tutorial so that you can continue creating delicious coffee at home.

Steps:
1. First, you need to hold down the select, Start/Cancel and Auto-start buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
2. The option to reset will appear and from here use the Select dial to choose the Yes option.
3. From here your machine will return to factory settings and you will need to reprogram the water hardness settings and complete a first use flush.
4. Now you will have successfully reset your Precision Brewer® Thermal and it is ready to use once again.
