The Broil function on the Smart Oven™ Pro is made to melt and crisp the topside of your food, making sure that it is always evenly cooked. Our simple instructions will guide you to delivering perfectly browned meals, and it is especially good for meats, poultry, fish, sausages, and vegetables.

Instructions:
1. Choose the rack position based on the thickness of your meat. Use the top position for thinner meats and middle position for thicker cuts.
2. Place the broiling rack into the pan and put the steak in the center, allowing the Element iQ™system to distribute heat evenly.
3. Use the Function dial to choose Broil and the Temperature dial to adjust the temperature settings. Set the cooking time with the Time dial.
4. Press the Start/Cancel button to begin the broiling process.
