以前我都用烤箱弄烧肉，这次使用Philips空气炸烧肉。脆皮爽口入味。空气炸的脆皮烧肉做法, 也比较简单，火力也很好控制。最大的秘诀是烫了猪肉，一定要抹干。用纸巾吸水我都用了大概20分钟。还有豬皮要插得密密麻麻，就能够做脆皮烧肉。

【Objective of Video】
Normally I will use oven to make crispy pork belly. But this is the first time I use Philips Air Fryer to make crispy pork belly. And the steps is easy too. Since the air fryer heat is coming from top, it makes the skin even more crispy if comparing with oven.
There are 2 important notes. Right after boiling the pork belly, must use a lot of tissues to dry the pork belly. I have been keep repeating to use tissue to dry the pork belly about 20 mins. Another note is when punch the hole on top of the pork skin, must punch as much as possible.

【调味】
1 汤匙 五香粉
1 茶匙糖
1 汤匙 花雕酒

【Ingrediant】
1 table spoon 5 spice powder
1 tea spoon sugar
1 table spoon chinese gourmet cooking
