Shout out to the star of every vegetable tray! The Cauliflower. I feel like y'all be sleeping on Cauliflower aka White Broccoli. Cauliflower is great! I love it roasted with just olive oil, salt, and pepper. FYE! Also, I have a pretty dope Roasted Cauliflower Soup recipe.

I also learned that all Cauliflower isn't white. There's also Purple, Orange, and Green (the green ones haven't blossomed yet). Make sure y'all check em out and try something other than broccoli for once! lol Let me know what y'all think!
