What’s happening beautiful people!!

I got the homie Courtney Orlando in the kitchen this go round. He's probably one of the most talented cats I know. He does everything from singing, producing, writing, fishing, and hunting! Together we made an extremely juicy spicy chicken sandwich that we breaded in Old Vienna's Red Hot Ripplets, a popular chip brand birthed here in STL. I taught homie the importance of keeping a "dry hand" and a "wet hand" during the breading process to yield a better coating. And he taught me how he hunts squirrels for his famous Squirrel and Dumpling recipe. All this while chopping it up about therapy, depression, and the importance of mental health.
