I judged my behavior, but then...

We can often try to shame or perform ourselves into change.

We push away our anxiety and label it as bad.
We judge our shutdown, anger, people pleasing, etc.

But what if those reactions once protected you?
What if your nervous system and body make sense when you have the context?

Healing isn't about becoming less protective.
It's about gaining nervous system flexibility to more accurately meet the current situation. It's about taking the invitation to heal the pain trying to get our attention.
