World of Warships - Z-39 can work even in this season

Z-39 is German tier 7 premium DD and it used to be my go-to choice in tier 7 ranked. However this season it lost a lot of its value because too much hydro and radar everywhere. It lacks DPM but has big alpha, its utilities are not as strong as they were when not everyone owned a radar ship in tier 7.

However this is NA ranked and I only had Mahan and Z-39, so when I would die in 1 I would take the other one out for a spin.
