World of Warships - My biggest mistake in a while

Not too long ago Trenlass, Monkey and me had a challenge going on where we play DD,CA, BB in tier 8-9-10 and whoever gets most exp gets the win, total of 9 games.

We were on a tier 9 and I took Kitakaze, our team was pretty bad and I had to pull some amazing carries to even stand a chance to win. I did everything in my power to make the comeback real and I did, and then I potatoed at the crucial moment like an absolute noob.
