High Speed c-Channel Punching Machine by MECON INDUSTRIES

High speed feed and punch system. This is an example of a system designed to process 3" and 4" steel c-channel. The press is a high speed hydraulic unit with toggle linkage to keep press balanced. The feed system is a high speed servo drive with Mecon Industries Feed to length process. Conservatively set, the unit has a 1.8sec cycle time, with a 24” progression per move. 12 holes are punched every press cycle.
System design is flexible and can be tailored to any steel, aluminum, metal processing requirement. Punching, cutting processing.
