Welcome to the EXTREME summer workout. It is designed to get you in bikini shape and ready for summer. I have used pretty hard moves here with high intensity, so you don't have to do everything! Take your time and then simply get better every time you do it!

To get the Summer body, this workout used intense bellydance training as well as high intensity moves for you to get in shape. It uses abs and obliques, both using bellydance and conventional cardio. We also work out glutes and tone our legs throughout with jumps and intense but kicks! All to get you ready for summer!
