Released in 2014 as part of her solo album "Chhandobandhane," this track captures the artist's classical precision and evocative delivery, weaving a deeply nostalgic and serene atmosphere for listeners.

"Biraha Modhur Holo Aji" is an exquisite composition by Rabindranath Tagore under the theme of romantic love (Prem Parjaay). Written in 1910, this profound song is beautifully set to Raag Behaag and Kaharwa Taal.

In this masterpiece, Tagore redefines the pain of separation (Biraha) into something sweet and sublime. Under the enchanting glow of a full moon, the ache of longing resonates as a deep, beautiful melody within the soul. ‘বিরহ মধুর হল আজি’ গানটি কবিগুরু রবীন্দ্রনাথ ঠাকুরের ‘প্রেম’ পর্যায়ের গান। ১৯১০ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে রচিত এই গানটির সুর বাঁধা হয়েছে রাগ বেহাগ এবং কাহারবা তালে। এই গানে কবিগুরু বিরহের এক পরম ও মধুর রূপ ফুটিয়ে তুলেছেন। সাধারণত বিরহ মানেই কষ্ট, কিন্তু কবির কাছে পূর্ণিমা রাতের শান্ত ও মায়াবী পরিবেশে সেই বেদনাও এক গভীর মধুর রাগিণীতে রূপ নিয়েছে। অদর্শনের তীব্র তৃষ্ণা চোখের পাতায় এক করুণ মরীচিকার মতো ভেসে উঠছে। সুদূরের পথহারা সুগন্ধ যেমন বাতাসের বুকে ঘুরে মরে, ঠিক তেমনি প্রিয়জনের না-বলা বাণী পল্লবজালে মর্মরিত হয়ে কবির মনের নুপুরের ধ্বনির সাথে তাল মেলায়। এটি বিরহের মাঝে মিলনের এক পরম আধ্যাত্মিক অনুভূতি।
