This live recording, organized by the Bengal Foundation, features a captivating performance of several songs composed by Kazi Nazrul Islam, rendered as a duet by artists Anindita Choudhury and Bijon Chandra Mistry. The event was held to celebrate the launch of their two Nazrul Sangeet audio albums, 'Noyoner Nirey' and 'Bone Bone Laglo Dol', recorded in the voices of these two artists, at Bengal Boi premises in Dhanmondi, on the evening of Saturday, May 12, 2018.

The focused and spirited performance by these two promising young artists captivated the audience at the album launch event. They were accompanied on stage by Ekram Hossain on Esraj, Pinusen Das on Tabla, Nasir Uddin on Guitar, and Iftekhar Hossain Sohel on Keyboard.

Bengal Foundation has been promoting Bengali music for decades in order to nurture and uphold the musical traditions of Bengal.
