How Doctor Strange 2 Could Set Up Midnight Sons

Something big is coming in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I get that saying that is pretty much as obvious as it gets these days. It’s kinda what Marvel does. But in this case, I’m not talking about an Avengers film. I’m not talking about the coming of Kang the Conqueror, or the future appearances of the Fantastic Four or X-Men. I mean something much darker, much more macabre.

I’m talking about a team up of heroes that many Marvel fans never expected to see within such a kid-friendly franchise as the MCU. The Order of the Midnight Suns. This team of superbeings, assembled to help deal with the supernatural threats that other heroes are not capable of facing down, may not have the longest history in the comics. May not be the most well known of all the groupings of Marvel characters.

But soon, that may all change. As they seem primed and ready to assemble, on the big screen. And the road to the Midnight Suns, seems to start, with a woman named Wanda, a book, and the Multiverse of Madness.
