Marvel What If: 15 Avengers Could Become Villains

Being a good guy is super overrated at this point right? Earth’s Mightiest Heroes always come out on top by defeating their arch nemesis and saving the world from utter destruction, but have you ever stopped to think how lucky we are that the Universe’s Greatest Good Guys are on our side and not playing for the enemy team? Could you imagine if your favorite heroes were actually baddies?

That opens up a whole range of different story possibilities that we’ll sadly never get to see in the MCU. But just think for a second if Tony Stark, who’s already responsible for like half of the villains in the world, actually leaned into his genius, billionaire, playboy persona, but instead of a philanthropist, was actually a Norman Osborn type! What if Captain America was corrupted by the Super Soldier serum like John Walker was and it lead to him going a little crazy? What if Thor was so cocky and arrogant regarding the throne that he teamed with Loki in the first movie to take it away from Odin? Are you getting excited hearing about all these wonderful alternate realities? I sure am!
