The Secret IN The Fog

We love Fog Of War sudoku and this is another stunning example of the form. It's called Foggy Whisper Loop and it's by yttrio and this is simply awesome!

Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage must not repeat and must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given. Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally. The loop must enter every cell of every cage. The loop acts as a German Whispers line (i.e., adjacent digits on the loop must have a difference of at least 5). Additionally the grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear the fog from surrounding cells, possibly revealing more clues.
