A very unusual and interesting debut today for Joe Bloggs and their puzzle Mr Roberts ...., which also involves the challenge of making a "deduction" at the end of the solve. Don't let the number of given digits fool you, there is a lot of logic packed into this extraordinary sudoku!!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The cage shows its sum. Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the circle or the two-digit number in the pill, which reads from left to right. Having solved the puzzle there is then a deduction to be made!
