This museum is a history and art museum of New York City itself founded by Henry Collins Brown in 1923. It is free admission for individuals only.

What is the Jewish Museum?

It has a unique ramp gallery that extends up from the ground level in a long, continuous spiral along the outer edges of the building to end just under the ceiling skylight.

What is the Metropolitan Museum of Art?
The museum is the largest art museum in the US. It is famous because it holds a permanent collection of over 2 million works divided by 17 curatorial departments. It contains an extensive collection of art, architecture, and artifacts. Here you will find works from classical antiquity, ancient Egypt, paintings, and sculptures from nearly all the European masters.
