#120 低糖雪媚娘 - 逼真仙桃雪媚娘做法 | 天然色素安全美味| 外皮柔软拉丝|内陷爆浆|隔夜不干|简单易做 May’s food120:Snow MeiNiang/Snowball Mochi

天气暖和了,想吃雪媚娘又在我们这里不容易买到,自己做可以控制糖量,简单易做。 我为了外形做出逼真的仙桃模样,用了两层不一样颜色的外皮。如果做一般的只做一种颜色就把用料叠加更容易做了。天然颜色更健康。如果没有红曲米,红色面团可以用甜菜汁代替水。按我的配方做,外皮拉丝柔软,内陷爆浆香甜。外皮大小厚薄不一样就使颜色不均匀看起来和真桃一样自然。漂亮好吃,隔夜不干。

The weather is warm, and Snow MeiNiang(Snowball Mochi) who wants to eat is not easy to buy here. You can control the amount of sugar by making it yourself. It is simple and easy to make. For the appearance, I used two layers of different colors to make a realistic fairy peach look. It is easier to do it by overlaying the materials if you only do one color in general. Natural colors are healthier. If red rice is not available, beet juice can be used for the red dough instead of water. Made according to my recipe, the outer skin is silky and soft, and the inset is bursting and sweet. The difference in skin size and thickness makes the uneven color look as natural as a real peach. It's beautiful and delicious. Don't dry it overnight.

六个雪媚娘用料/6 Snowball Mochi ingredients:
白色面团/White dough:
糯米粉/ glutinous rice flour 75g
玉米淀粉/ Corn starch 15 g
植物油 / Vegetable oil 15g
糖 / Sugar 25g ,水 / Water 95g

红色面团/Red dough:
糯米粉/ glutinous rice flour 75g
玉米淀粉/ Corn starch 15 g
植物油 / Vegetable oil 15g
磨细的红曲米粉/ Ground red rice 2g
糖 / Sugar 25g, 水 / Water 95g(如果没有红曲米粉可以用甜菜汁代替水)

奶油霜/Icing:
淡奶油/ Whipping cream 150g
糖 / Sugar 12g
