hey everyone!
hope you guys enjoy this 'what i eat in a week'! i was super glad to see you guys liked my last video like this so i HAD to make another one because it's really fun to come up with different recipes. i obviously don't cook as much every week but i tried to include a bunch of fun recipes and meal ideas to give you guys some inspo. i hope these videos encourage you guys to have a healthy relationship with food and encourage you to cook more, the goal is not to compare calories and all. i was also doing online school for most of this week so i didn't have to worry about prepping school lunches in advance which was GREAT lol. let me know if you like that this video is longer or if you'd rather i try to make it shorter next time without necessarily including all of the cooking, i was kinda worried that this was too long but i couldn't bring myself to cut out footage. 😅 this is like a full episode of a TV show haha. hope you enjoy and let me know of your fave meals in the comments!

- 3 tbsp of orange juice
- 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tsp of honey
- 2 tsp of honey mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp of ginger
- 1/4 tsp of tabasco (optional)

how old are you? / currently 16

what grade are you in - what do you study? / i’m currently in secondary 5 which is the 11th grade in the us and i’m doing my last year in the IB program! it’s basically a program offered internationally that’s has a bunch of extra requirements like community work, extra projects and language learning.

where are you from - what language are you speaking? / quebec, canada (near montreal), which explains why you might sometimes hear me speak french in my videos

what software do you edit with? / i currently use final cut pro on mac, but if you’re looking for a free software i have a video all about how I used to edit videos for free
