I Beat Insomnia And You Can Too

Tired of sleepless nights? I was too.

Roughly 63% of adults don’t get enough sleep, and 10-20% of adults suffer from insomnia. As a junior doctor I was definitely one of them. Stress, coffee, bright lights and screens; the modern world is full of distractions. No wonder we’re all so sleep deprived.

But today I’m going to show you what I did to go from sleepless nights to sleeping tight. Now, I can’t promise all of these tricks will work for everyone, but by training your body clock with good sleep hygiene and bedtime rituals you’ll definitely improve your chances of a good night’s zzz.
