How to Paint a Lotus Flower Using Inexpensive Acrylic Paint | Beginner Level

This video is a step by step process for painting a lotus flower using acrylic paint. To start the process, I used leftover acrylic paints from a previous project and painted a simple background in a patch like manner. Supplies are inexpensive and readily available at most local art supply stores.

Here’s a list of the materials I used for this painting:

* Mixed media journal or paper
* Craft grade acrylic paint (I used paints by America)
* Paper towels
* Water
* White Stabilo pencil (but a regular Crayon pencil could do the trick)
* White Posca paint pen
* White Gelly Roll pen by Sakura
* Black medium tip marker
* Black fine tip marker
* paint brushes in different sizes
* palette

The music for this video was provided by the You Tube Audio library.

I recorded my video using my iPhone 12 and edited my video using iMovie.
