- Baguette (lightly toasted)
- Mayo on one side

+ White Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, & Sugar
- Cilantro / Basil

- 1 cup of rolled oats (blend)
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Flax
let sit for atleast 3 mins

- 1tsp Vanilla extract
let sit again for like 3-5 mins
