How to Make SUPER EASY Churros

This is our tasty Spanish beach churros recipe, complete with dipping chocolate AND they're 100% vegan friendly.

We remember eating churros on the beach in Spain as kids and decided we needed to recreate the memory (even if we are in London in the rain!). They're delicious, crunchy yet gooey on the inside and go perfectly with some melted dark chocolate and we love the cinnamon and sugar dusting of the churros.

This is such an easy dish to make, you could even make a giant churros snake if you were feeling adventurous. Trust us, try this, you will thank us! They'll be just like the churros you know and love.
