🚀 I built a 30+ node n8n automation that completely eliminates manual order
verification for Shopify stores — here's exactly how it works.

Every time an order came in, someone had to:
→ Manually tag it in Shopify
→ Update an external spreadsheet
→ Chase customers for confirmation

This was a massive bottleneck killing fulfillment efficiency.

This workflow triggers instantly on every new Shopify order and:

1️⃣ Listens for Shopify orders/create webhooks in real-time
2️⃣ Sanitizes customer phone numbers using custom JavaScript
3️⃣ Sends an automated WhatsApp confirmation message to the customer
4️⃣ Waits and listens for the customer's reply (e.g., reply '1' to confirm)
5️⃣ Automatically tags the order as ✅ Confirmed or ❌ Cancelled in Shopify
6️⃣ Logs the full audit trail in Google Sheets — automatically
