Zanzibar might be the Best African Holiday Destination | Holiday Vlog | Tanzania 🇹🇿 🇹🇿 🇹🇿

After years of dreaming of Zanzibar, 2020 the pandemic year ended up being the year I went!. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip despite a health scare with my sister. There are so many things to do in Zanzibar but we only did a Dolphin Tour and a tour around stonetown which leaves room to do more when next I come back to Zanzibar (hopefully).

Zanzibarians are incredibly friendly and the island felt like a haven in the midst of a crazy year. The beaches are white, the sun is warm, well scorchingly hot. There are so many hotels to stay in although I recommend booking in advance during busy periods because even with Corona, everything was almost fully booked by the time we got around to booking hotels. We stayed in two main hotels - Sahari hotel in Bwejuu (close to Paje) and Tembo Hotel in Stonetown.

Hopefully next time I can go to Nungwi Beach up north and do other tours like Prison Island or Blue safari.
