Si tratta di una macchina che è in grado di avvolgere oltre al tondo qualunque sezione di filo pieno o aggraffato con rame, come il quadrato, l’ovale e il rettangolo cambiando solo le rotelle di trascinamento filo. Grazie al PLC si è in grado di creare qualsiasi forma e di salvare questa fino ad un massimo di 90 memorie. La macchina come detto può leggere mediante guidafilo elettronico la linea di rame presente sul filo e può tagliare la maglia in 3 sistemi differenti:
- Con sega automatica per la produzione di campanelle senza scarto
- Con coltelli verticali per la produzione di maglie singole
- Con coltelli orizzontali per tagliare direttamente le spirali di maglie

COILING MACHINE AVA 3 FOR WIRE AND TUBE
This is a machine capable of winding not only the circular wire but any kind of solid wire section, “aggraffato” wire with copper, square section, oval or rectangular only by changing the dragging wheels. Thanks to the PLC it is possible to create any kind of shape and save these programs up to 90 different memories. The machine can read the copper line located in the wire using the electronic wire-guide and can cut the links in three different ways:
- automatic saw for the production of earring without rejects
- with vertical knives for the production of single links
- with horizontal knives to directly cuts spirals of links
