Mediante l’angolo di piegatura del filo e della perfetta sincronizzazione della velocità di alimentazione filo, la macchina permette di creare svariate forme di palline, ovaline, barilotti ed altro modificando solo le impostazioni del suo prestigioso software.
Il filo minimo che riesce a lavorare è un diametro di 0.4mm mentre la diametro massimo della forma che riusciamo ad ottenere è di 8mm.
La macchina è equipaggiata di un taglio pneumatico con coltelli, grazie al quale possiamo decidere quanti particolari vogliamo produrre.

Through the bending angle of the wire and the perfect synchronization of the wire-feeding speed, it is possible to create different patterns of small balls, ovals, barrels and other shapes by simply adjusting the settings of the machine’s special software.
This machine is able to process a minimum wire diameter of 0.4mm.
The maximum diameter that can be obtained is 8mm.
The machine is equipped with a pneumatic cutting tool that allows choosing the number of details to be produced.
