The Vikings! Silversmiths and Touchstones!
Silversmiths and Touchstones - a good name for a Viking era role play game featuring merchants?
Yes, Lindisfarne is very windy. I held a wool sweater in front of my microphone, but as you can hear, this didn't do a lot. The video file when played on my computer looks fine. YouTube has added all the square blocky interference.
One editing problem that in the end I just decided to live with was the man nearby who laughed loudly just as I said the key word 'genuine' in the rather essential shot that named touchstones and quickly stated what they were for. In the future, I shall employ crowd marshals and sound recordists. This may be the quite far future, however.
As in my last video on the Vikings, nothing shown is unique to the Vikings. This is all quite common medieval technology.
