The Depatment of Environment and Natural Resources together with the Duterte administration and various National Government agencies and Local Government Units have embarked on a massive rehabilitation of the Manila Bay. It is a priority that the coliform level of the Bay be drastically reduced. DENR Chief, Mr. Roy Cimatu said that resettlement of informal seetlers would materialize to move them away from the Bay.
