Sonic Advance 2 - XX Zone (Amy) in 1:07:78 (Easy)

Time attack of XX Zone in Sonic Advance 2, with Amy, in 1:07:78. Ran on easy difficulty - because this stage isn't available on Time Attack mode.

I chose to not checkpoint abuse as optimizing with that requires grinding to 99 lives then doing heavily pause-buffered TAS IL strats on every boss until you get a good run or run out of 99 lives, and that is incredibly fucking stupid.

This was pretty much equivalent to doing the Tails version except with a real final boss, and a much more obnoxious Egg Totem - in other words, terrible.

Egg Hammer Tank II - Ez

Egg Bomber Tank - Ez

Egg Totem - Pretty annoying. Amy's air hammer hitbox is relatively small, so it's really tight to get the proper jump arcs to land the hammers - about a third of attempts up to this point died here.

Aero Egg - Fuck you

Egg Saucer - Fine

Egg-Go-Round - Fuck you. Didn't get any lucky bounces but can't be fucking assed to keep going for better - probably 1.5 seconds of improvement if I got a lucky triple consecutive bounce, but fuck you.

Egg Frog - If he goes off screen (which is random), that's an immediate reset. 3 hits is pretty reliable to get.
