Fire Emblem Three Houses - Silver Snow - 1:16:49

This run beats the full game as quickly as possible on the fastest available difficulty settings (normal/classic) via the Silver Snow / Church of Seiros Route, with no new game plus nor paid dlc features. Done on version 1.2.0.
Just as this route is the most hated casually, this route is also easily the worst in a speedrun. This route has so many things that can go wrong, but a lot of it can be summed up with endgame:
- Byleth has to survive, which usually means dodging 2 out of 4-5 counterattacks with ~80% true hit, or activating a lot of 20% crest of flames
- Rhea has Miracle, which has a ~30% chance of activating... on health bars 2, 3, and 4. Each.
- Byleth also has to get at least one out of four ~15% crits on the second and third healthbar. Each.
- Byleth ideally also needs to get at least two out of four ~15% crits on the last healthbar - though, if she doesn't finish, then Seteth can usually finish Rhea (which happened here)
- Byleth also needs to hit 22 speed (with 30 strength) - which is normally an easy threshold to hit, but this one barely hit that benchmark lol
- This run doesn't really demonstrate how much can go wrong in endgame, but if a run did show that, then that run would be far dead anyways. I've had runs game over 3-4 times to this map on normal difficulty lol. There just isn't much you can do about it, even with all of the contingency plans that were implemented with minimal timecost.
On top of all that, there's all of the following throughout the run:
- Byleth hitting level 10 by the end of the auxiliary battle
- Ch05 & Ch07 - The usual shitshows
- Ch06 - Shamir potentially getting 18% critt'd by the Death Knight. Twice.
- Ch10 - the usual one-turn on Kronya, requiring a lot of strength/magic and then hitting a ~80% actual hit
- Ch13 - Pallardo ideally spawns on the bottom in Hunting by Daybreak. Lose a few seconds if he spawns top.
- Ch16 - Seteth has to dodge a ~22% true hit gambit from Lorenz, otherwise you lose ~20-30 seconds
- Ch18 - Seteth has to hit the Dodge King with a ~75% true hit, and then NOT get crit'd by Hubert then land a ~90% true hit on Hubert
- Ch19 - Seteth has to land four ~90% true hits in a row on Edelgard's chair - and also avoid a ~15% crit from her, and also NOT get 20% crest of flame'd by her (~40%ish chance of success overall)
- Ch20 - Byleth has to reach 34 strength - if she does not, then you need to land at least one out of 4 ~25% crits on the great knight. And then survive.
- Also, Linhardt wants 5 warp range for a faster Ch19 and Ch20 - this requires 8 magic levels out of 19 with a 45% growth - about a 68% chance. Miraculously, he had 27 magic as a Bishop, which was 15 out of 19 magic levels
This run had the majority of important stuff go right - easily the biggest timeloss was Lorenz rattling Seteth in the bridge map. The next major timeloss was Shamir getting crit'd on Ch06 on turn 1, which is ~15-20 seconds of timeloss. There were also minor timelosses, but really, having only these major things go wrong while endgame went pretty smoothly is a miracle in itself because of how much of a shitshow this route is. 1:15 is very obviously possible but if someone wants to really hate themself and go for it, then be my guest.

....On the plus side, Seteth is pretty cool
