Cookbook review: Savour the Pacific by Annabel Langbein
Annabel Langbein has published several cookbooks that feature doable recipes, often featuring bright, vibrant flavours. Here we have a look at a personal favourite: a book focused on flavours that we associated with the pacific, or at least with south-east asia. Think lemongrass, crab, mango, chili, lime: brightly flavoured ingredients which often are at the heart of these remarkable recipes. I promise you, if you watch my little review clip, that your credit card will be itching to order the book!
