How I got a lead role in the tech industry with no engineering degree

I'm a Public Health Post Grad from Hawaii, and I was originally in the disability/assistive technology field after college. As much as I loved my field of work and spending time with my co-workers, I decided to take a leap of faith and switch careers (during a pandemic) and move to San Diego, California. Here’s my story of how I was able to make that switch and how you can, too.
