How to Warm up and stretching for your belly dance practice

Hi, and welcome to my channel. If you have come here we certainly have the passion for oriental dance that united us. In this video, I have collected some exercises of my daily warm-up routines, which allow me to reach an optimal state for the next dance training.

I suggest you memorize them and repeat each exercise 5 or 10 times. Breathing is natural and constant, with no alterations or particular breathing phases.
Please.. remember to breathe (many time we forget :D )
