The Mighty Menga Dolmen | Spain's Massive Megaliths Defy Explanation | Megalithomania

Full video at https://youtu.be/SPsA8gei2xE. An exploration of the massive Menga Dolmen in Andalusia, Spain with an 180 ton block making up its roof. At the back of this giant dolmen, in the centre of the floor, is a 30m deep well perfectly carved from the bedrock and with water at its bottom. Thought to be built in from 3700 BC onwards, their origins are still unclear. The chambers look out on to "Lovers Rock" (Peña de los Enamorados), a recumbent simulacra of a face, the axis-mundi of the area.
