Dr. Javaid R. Laghari, Chairperson Higher Education Commission of Pakistan expressed that Pakistan was a country rich in resources, which he said had remained untapped. However, the biggest untapped resource is the country's diverse population, he said, adding that the government needed to invest in the youth.
