Honeywell Zone Damper Actuator Replacement

My Honeywell Damper Actuator (Part # M847D1004) was not working. The spring was catching on the gear wheel, causing it to remain closed when it should have been opening. This video shows my adventure of diagnosing the problem, and eventually replacing it (with Part # M847D1012).

Update from 11/26/2016:
The new Honeywell Damper Actuator that I installed in this video barely made it two years and it failed as the first one did. I looked at replacement parts and found that the part (Part # M847D1012) had been discontinued. I found the replacement part (Honeywell Damper Actuator Part # Honeywell M847D-ZONE) at SupplyHouse.com for $86.90 (including S&H) and installed it similarly to the video). I did this about 2 months ago and so far it seems to be working fine.
