How to adjust dampers for heating and what to do when your upstairs is too hot in the winter.
Now that the winter weather has hit, you may notice some uncomfortable hot spots or cold spots in your house. If you have dampers, there is a way you can better control for hot spots or cold spots. In this video we show you how to adjust your HVAC dampers and tell you where they are probably located. Adjusting your dampers will help whether your upstairs is too hot in summer or upstairs is too hot in winter. It is all about pushing the conditioned air to the uncomfortable spots and blocking the conditioned air where it is not needed.
