AGPTEK R09 AM FM Shortwave Portable Radio with MP3 Player Review

The AGPTEK R09 AM FM Shortwave portable radio offers some decent reception and superior sound quality for a decent price. I plan to use mine for a dedicated MP3 playback device for my Old Time Radio shows.

Features I like about this radio:
Excellent audio quality.
MP3 Playback.
BL-5C rechargeable battery included.
Built in LED flashlight.
Supports Micro SD and USB flash drives.
Solid build quality.
FM is great for local and semi locals.
AM is good for locals.
SW is good for experimentation.
Has Repeat functions for MP3 playback.

Features that could be added or improved on:
Accept normal batteries.
FM Stereo, and Stereo playback for MP3s.
Maybe a LCD screen in the future with more options.

Overall, I like this radio/player for the price. I know it has some serious competition in this space, but the audio quality really helps to keep it above the crowd.
