The truth about aikido offers the why and how to do aikido in the real world. Lenny Sly sensei of the #roguewarriors training compound goes into a full explanation to the controversy of why people and most mma fighters think that aikido doesn't work and how it's fake. This video was shot durning one of lenny's tenshin aikido classes. Lenny shows us how and goes into very much detail the reasons why aikido can be very effective in a real world situation. Although most think that the only way aikido will work is against a trained mma fighter, which lenny clearly explains that is not the case whether you like it or NOT! Lenny also talks about sparring and why it's good and why he doesn't do it. Hopefully people will see the the point to this with an open mind and stop living in this ridiculous day dream that they think they know when they don't.
