Among the many manifestations of Mother Tara, White Tara is known as the radiant embodiment of healing, longevity, and compassionate protection. She is the gentle, nurturing presence that blesses practitioners with good health, long life, and inner harmony and harmonious relationships in life.

Since childhood, I was taught to recite her sacred mantra and dedicate its merit to our beloved teachers, elders, and community—wishing them long life, free from illness and obstacles. I especially practiced the White Tara mantra for my grandparents, who have always been the spiritual anchors of our family. Their steady wisdom and compassionate presence have shaped my path, and I continue to hold deep gratitude for them.

White Tara’s mantra is:
Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྤུ་ཎྱཻ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།
Pronunciation: Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā

She symbolizes boundless compassion, wisdom, and longevity. Like a mother caring tenderly for her children, White Tara responds swiftly to the needs of beings. Her blessings bring happiness, long life, and the growth of inner wisdom. Through devotion, meditation, visualization, and sincere faith in White Tara, one can remove obstacles, seek healing and protection, and nourish both life force and spiritual insight.

在諸多度母的化現中，白度母象徵著健康長壽、慈悲和智慧的清淨力量。她以溫柔而強大的加持，守護眾生的身心健康，賜予和諧、安寧與善妙的人生。

從小，我便被教導持誦白度母的心咒，並將功德回向給上師、以及家中和村裡的長輩們，祈願他們遠離病障，延年益壽。尤其我的媽媽常常提醒我為祖父母念誦白度母心咒，祈願他們長壽。祖父母作為普通卻又精進的瑜伽士夫妻，是整個家族的精神支柱，他們以穩定與慈心護佑著每一代。回想自己的童年和成長經歷，他們堅定不移的信念和穩固的生活方式，為動盪中的我們提供了非常多的安定感和力量源泉，為此，我仍懷著深深的感恩。

白度母的咒語是：
