I think shorter, compact videos are definitely becoming more my thing. I personally don't like working on specific projects for too long, I'm typically ready to move onto a different project soon after. Plus I even struggle to watch my own videos whenever it's too long lol, I notice I sometimes put in a lot of filler just to pad out the run time to 10 minutes, but it's not like I'm gonna be making money anytime soon so that's ok lol. I feel like shorter videos typically do better as well as people are more likely to watch it all the way which then has a better chance with the Youtube algorithm.
