Meatball Hero Sandwich - Recipe with Michael's Home Cooking

Do you like Meatball Sandwiches? I make them a bit different. Makes enough for three teenagers.
Ingredients:
1 medium eggplant
salt for eggplant
3 slices of bread
1/4 milk or water for bread
1 large onion (1 and 1/2 cups)
1 or more garlic cloves
3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs with 1 Tablespoon water for egg wash
1 and 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 egg for meatballs
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon salt
{I did not add the salt because I used a salty romano cheese)
(I should have added the salt anyways)
1/2 pound ground pork
1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup romano cheese
1 to 1 and 1/2 cups maranara spaghetti sauce
2 loaves of 12 inch bagets or french bread
mozzarella cheese
pepperoni slices
provolone cheese

Wrap and bake sandwiches for 20 minutes @ 400F
