KRS-One: European Government Respects Hip-Hop More Than U.S.

Speaking more about the evolution of the culture, KRS-One says that rappers make more money in Europe because their government respects artists more than in the States. The South Bronx emcee also points out another advantage that Europe has over the U.S., and says that rap greats like Bambaataa are still able to make a living and get paid well.
