Evergrande, FOMC, Stagflation & TA: A Nasty Cocktail

Today we talk about why the stock market and crypto market are going down right now, having to do everything with Evergrande, the FOMC meeting, staflation and technical analysis. No sub yet? No prob:

Evergrande has 300 billion dollars of debt. Lehman Brothers moment? Chinese government might step in. Graph of Evergrande down 90%. Lots of FUD, which is fear, uncertainty and doubt if you wonder what FUD is.

FOMC meeting on Wednesday. Might talk about tapering of bond purchases. Some say we see stagflation soon: inflation combined with stagnant economic growth. And Morgan Stanley sees 20% drop in S&P 500 as possibility.

In technical analysis we see the 55 exponential moving average being important right now. S&P 500 and bitcoin both below 55 EMA. I took profit on some positions like BTC, Tesla and Upwork. For a financial buffer. So yeah, did some FUFITA analysis today: fundamental, financial and technical analysis. If you don't want to use the FUFITA method you can always DCA: dollar cost average.
