PLEASE Watch Before Arriving in Dominican Republic During Pandemic

If you're thinking about going to Dominican Republic during the pandemic, please make sure you're aware about the regulations, or protocols when it comes to COVID 19 testing.
I decided to make this video the day after arriving in Sosua, in the north part of the island. I explained every detail as much as possible. Although you can obtain the test when you arrive, I highly recommend getting tested before arriving in the island, as per their standard procedure, 5 days or less before arriving.
DISCLAIMER: I highly suggest that you (and your companions if traveling with other people) get tested before arriving. I heard from a close friend who recently went to Punta Cana that they only take temperatures; then I was told that if you test positive, you have to make arrangements over there for two weeks regardless of how long you're staying...basically you'll be stuck there, and that can have unintended consequences (loss of job, etc).! Look, either way is a problem is you test positive ANYWHERE right now. I was lucky that I had a backup plan just in case, but not everybody is in the same situation. JUST GET TESTED before arriving, it's the best I can say.
